Recruitment process at Sumpharma


Step 1: Application

Applicants who are interested in positions at the company can apply in person or via email as instructed.

Send Résumé or Curriculum Vitae (CV) including personal information, education background, experience, goals, habits and so on to Recruitment Division as instructed in job postings.


Step 2: Curriculum receipt and selection

Upon receipt of Résumé or Curriculum Vitae (CV), we will gather and select suitable ones for the position in order to invite them to the interview round and written test. We will save inappropriate application for future positions and periods.


Step 3: Interview

This is the official meeting between applicants and the company. Through the interview, the company get more information in order to assess their suitability with the position. Interview in English will be conducted, depending on positions.


Step 4:

Applicants will do their writing tests. The content and category of the test will depend on positions. The tests in English will be applied, depending on positions.

During the interview, the company usually takes some major factors into consideration namely communication skills, ability to work individually or collaboratively, organizational and planning skills, problem-solving skills. We also check some information in their Curriculum vitae including education background, their skills and experience. In this interview, applicants can ask the company for the related problems. There will be more than one interview depending on the applicants and position. Selected applicants will be informed within ten days from the interview.



Step 5: Contract negotiation

Selected applicants from interview round will receive invitation to discuss about the contract and related issues namely type of contract, job description, salary and work hours. Next process will take place as the employment contract and instructions from direct and responsible staff members.


Step 6: Complete the profile after selected

After receiving admission notice, the applicant needs to prepare his or her completed profile and send it to the person in charge of receiving new employees.
The profile includes:
Two photos in 3 X 4 size
Original Curriculum Vitae
Birth Certificate (copy or notarize one)
Copy of Registration Book
Copy of Identity Card
Health Certificate by authorized entity
Copy of Diploma or Degree
Other documents, depending on positions
